Maturation stage ventilation

 

At this stage, the sugar is transferred from the cooling stage to storage silos according to an automatic sophisticated transport system. In silos sugar is aired by dry air for a period of 72 hours in order to get rid of the moisture which might have been remained. Then, sugar becomes ready for packing.
